What to expect
Four connected online blocks of 90 minutes each, focused on concrete problems from practice. Registration covers the whole series, because the blocks build on one another.
Between sessions there are assignments. This is not only about listening, but about working with your own project. Anyone who submits all four also receives an hour of individual consultation. You get a recording of every block, so you can return to the content any time.

Block 1: Setting goals and prioritisation
16 November 2026
How to set understandable, realistic and stable goals that hold up even in changing conditions. How to identify priorities, what to base decisions on when capacity is limited, and how to keep a project from losing its direction.
Block 2: Delegating work
23 November 2026
How to divide work more effectively, set expectations within the team, and work with people who have different roles, experience and time available. Including cooperation with volunteers and smaller teams.
Block 3: Risk analysis
30 November 2026
How to spot risks in time, think about them systematically and build a simple crisis framework. The goal is not complex documents, but being able to anticipate and respond more calmly.
Block 4: Project management tools
7 December 2026
An overview of affordable, practically usable tools for communication, documentation, task assignment and planning. Solutions that work without deep technical knowledge.

Jan Groh
Jan Groh works as an instructor and consultant in project management with over 13 years of experience. He teaches courses focused on the practical application of project management for the Laba education platform and for the Faculty of Science at Charles University in Prague. He also runs projects in process management, software development and the implementation of artificial intelligence.

Registration
The application is binding and covers the whole four-part series. Within two working days we will send you confirmation of participation and payment details. The amount paid is non-refundable, but participation can be transferred to someone else.
Capacity is 20 places. Once they are taken, we will place further applicants on a waiting list or let them know about the next run.
In exceptional, well-founded cases we offer a reduced fee or a scholarship. You can apply directly in the form; the number of places supported this way is limited.
